OUR MISSION & HISTORY
At Children's Future Association at UF, our mission is to empower students to make a positive impact through volunteerism and community engagement. We have a rich history of organizing successful volunteer programs and social events that bring students together for a meaningful cause. Our organization is committed to creating a strong community of passionate individuals who are dedicated to serving the local area and beyond.
Children’s Future was founded in 2022 by Natalia Maya, who served as president from 2022 - 2026. She was inspired by the idea of making volunteer opportunities more welcoming, flexible, and accessible to all UF students.
Driven by her passion for working with children, Natalia envisioned an organization where students could come together to serve, grow, and create meaningful connections. From that vision, Children’s Future has grown into a thriving community dedicated to making a lasting impact on both students and the children they support.
